<br> SESAR 2020 Project PJ07 CFSP Expertise
<br> XXX XXXXXXX objective of this contract is to provide CFSP (Computerised Flight Plan
Service Provider) hands-on expertise to contribute to concrete deliverables of SESAR
S2020 PJ07 XXXX an emphasis on the CFSP perspective.The requested CFSP
expertise is related to XXX SESAR XXXX solutions PJXX.XX and PJXX.XX <.>
<br> Part I includes the deliverables for Solution 1 and Part II consists of XXX deliverables for
Solution X.The tenderer shall submit an XXXXX that covers these X parts.Proposals that
cover only one solution will be rejected <.>
<br> Objectives for Solution I :
<br> XXX XXXXXXX objective of this contract is to provide CFSP expertise in XXX domain of
Trajectory Based operations related to solution PJXX.01 “Airspace Users’ Processes for
Trajectory Definition”.The successful tenderer shall contribute to XXX definition of XXX
operational concept,the capture of operational and technical requirements and the
writing of XXX OSED/SPR/INTEROP document and TS/IRS (Technical specifications) <.>
The successful tenderer shall also participate in XXX redaction of XXX validation plan,to
elaborate operationally relevant validation scenarios,of an exercise managed by
EUROCONTROL.The successful tenderer shall provide operationally skilled resources
to execute and support the validation scenarios.Following the execution,the validation
expert(s) of XXX tenderer shall contribute to XXX writing of XXX validation report.The
tenderer will also support EUROCONTROL in its contribution to several exercises
managed by other partners in XXX Solution X as well as to XXX Cost-Benefit Analysis
activity <.>
<br> Objectives for Solution II :
<br> For the solution PJ07.02,the successful tenderer shall contribute to XXX definition of XXX
operational concept and the writing of XXX OSED (Operational Services and
Environment Definition) to describe the integration of UDPP in XXX relevant operational
processes supported by a FOC (in relation XXXX XXX Trajectory Management processes
in particular).The successful tenderer shall also participate in XXX redaction of XXX
PJXX.XX Technical Specification for XXX XXXX that concerns the FOC,in coordination with
the PJ07.02 partners.The tenderer will also support EUROCONTROL in its contribution
to XXX PJXX.XX Cost-Benefit Analysis activity with CFSP expertise <.>

Who should tender:
<br> XXX XXXXXXXXXX Personnel shall demonstrate:
• a good understanding of XXX call for tender,in particular of:
<br> o XXX SESAR XXXX Programme;
o XXX support and inputs expected XXXX XXX tenderer;

o Expected risks and opportunities in contributing to XXX SESAR XXXX
