Výběrová řízení - Akademie věd České republiky15.06.2020 Fyziologický ústav AV ČR,v.v.i.vyhlašuje v souladu se zákonem č.283/1992 Sb.o Akademii věd České republiky,ve znění zákona č.420/2005 Sb.a Stanov AV ČR výběrové řízení na pozici Bioinformatician Požadavky: IMG & IPHYS Proteomics Facility AS CR – Biomedical Research Campus in Prague – XXX XXX newly established Proteomics Facility on the Biomedical Research Campus in Prague,Czech Republic,is seeking an MSc or PhD level scientist with expertise in LC‐MS for a position: Bioinformatician Position Requirements: • MSc or PhD in biochemistry,molecular biology,bioinformatics,biostatistics,computational biology,or a related field • Formal training or exposure to computational biology/biological data analysis,such as gene expression,proteomics,or metabolomics • Experience in learning/applying software and database resources for custom analysis and building workflows • Experience with scientific computing and data visualization tools,such as R,Python,etc <.>,experience with Linux/UNIX based systems and developing shell scripts/command-line interface for data processing • Strong understanding of statistics • Strong communication skills,solid command of English Responsibilities: • Implementation and routine use of robust pipelines to analyze and visualize data generated by omics technologies XXXX XXX XXXX focus on proteomics and metabolomics and including integrative analyses of multiple omics datasetsbr> • Extract biologically meaningful hypotheses from large,high-throughput experiments using statistical approaches • Work collaboratively with bench scientists,comprehend project objectives,evaluate and provide informatics solutions (set up correct experimental design,raw data analysis,statistical analysis,and publication-quality visualization of XXX omics data) We Offer: • Job opportunity in XXX international environment of top research infrastructure • Possibility of professional growth and further education • Competiti...
