Výběrová řízení - Akademie věd České republiky23.04.2021 Ústav živočišné fyziologie a genetiky AV ČR,v.v.i.vyhlašuje v souladu se zákonem č.283/1992 Sb.o Akademii věd České republiky,ve znění zákona č.420/2005 Sb.a Stanov AV ČR výběrové řízení na pozici Head of Laboratory of DNA integrity <.> Požadavky: We are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Laboratory of DNA integrity,focused on the study of genome integrity in mammalian oocytes and zygotes using quantitative fluorescence imaging techniques on fixed and living cells.Laboratory of DNA integrity is a part of XXX Research Center PIGMOD,dedicated to development and use of biomedical models of human diseases.XXXXX XXX XXX laboratory head is expected to develop original research program,he/she is also expected to closely cooperate with other PIGMOD laboratories and support XXX XXXX PIGMOD objectives <.> Requirements: • PhD.in biological,medical or biochemical fields • 5 years of documented research experience in Cell and Developmental Biology • Advanced knowledge and previous practical experience with confocal/light-sheet microscopy of live mammalian oocytes and zygotes • The author of publications focused on genome integrity in mammalian oocytes or other mammalian cells in prestigious international journals • Significant international scientific experience (e.g.cooperation with foreign authors,which resulted in joint publications).• Experience with transgenesis in large animal models appreciated Eligibility: • The eligibility requirements for the leading position is experienced PhD in biological,medical or biochemical fields and research experience in Cell and Developmental Biology.• Please ensure that you qualify before applying,as ineligible candidates cannot be considered <.> We offer: • Fully equipped laboratory space • An outstanding and free to use research infrastructure • Five weeks (25 working days) of vacation.• Flexible working hours • Health and pension insurance • Possibility of accomm...
