Výběrová řízení - Akademie věd České republikyLaboratory of Adipose Tissue Biology,Institute of Physiology (IPHYS) of XXX XXXXX Academy of Sciences Is looking for a new postdoc We XXX a dynamic international team working at interface between clinical and preclinical metabolic research.XXX XXX colleague will be primarily responsible for leading a collaborative project aimed at identifying predictive markers of bariatric surgery efficacy and characterising the relationship between systemic effects of bariatric surgery and changes in adipose tissue immunometabolism using multi-omic approaches (see also XXX XXXXXX project ).The postdoc will also have the opportunity to participate in preclinical projects in XXX laboratory (see our website for more details) <.> IPHYS is a leading research institute in XXX XXXXX of normal and pathological physiology.It consists of a number of scientific and service laboratories and shared equipment for biomedical research <.> We offer: Full-time contract for 1.5 – 3 years with possibility of extension Opportunity to work in a creative,international environment Competitive salary based on the Institute's internal guidelines and the candidate's skills and experience Access to state of XXX XXX laboratory facilities and resources Benefits (e.g.health insurance,language courses,meal allowance,childcare,institutional housing) 5 weeks’ holiday,plus 1 additional week’s holiday and 3 sick days We require: A PhD degree in Physiology,Molecular Biology,Biochemistry,or equivalent obtained no more than 3 years ago (or up to 5 years ago if part of this time was spent on parental leave or long-term research outside XXX XXXXX Republic) At least one year of uninterrupted work experience in an outstanding laboratory in a country other than that in which the PhD was obtained (may be waived for postdoctoral researchers who earned their PhD outside XXX XXXXX Republic) Initiative,independence,motivation,and willingness to develop further skills and knowledge...
