Výběrová řízení - Akademie věd České republiky15.07.2024 Ústav fyzikální chemie J.Heyrovského AV ČR,v. v. i.vyhlašuje v souladu se zákonem č.283/1992 Sb.o Akademii věd České republiky,ve znění zákona č.420/2005 Sb.a Stanov AV ČR výběrové řízení na pozici Postdoctoral researcher in XXX XXXXX of Li-ion battery research <.>   Job status: Full-time Link to XXX department's website:  https://www.jh-inst.cas.cz/department/department-of-electrochemical-materials#department Job description Within our current research at the Department of Electrochemical Materials,we are developing new high-capacity nanosilicon anodes for Li-ion batteries with both liquid and solid electrolytes,aimed at applications in XXX automotive industry and stationary electrical energy storage.We seek a highly motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our team.The successful candidate will prepare and test various anode materials based on silicon and carbon conductive matrices,conduct structural analyses (SEM,Raman,and AFM),test different types of electrolytes,and perform electrochemical testing of Li-ion batteries (including cyclic voltammetry,impedance spectroscopy,and galvanostatic cycling).The role also involves engaging in atomic layer deposition (ALD).Additionally,the candidate will be responsible for preparing research outputs and contributing to publication activities <.>   - Ph.D.in Chemistry,Materials Science,Physics,or a related field - fundamental knowledge of electrochemistry  - strong background in battery research,specifically Li-ion batteries XXXX Si anode - experience with testing of batteries - strong English communication skills,both spoken and written   - XXXXX spectroscopy,XRD,SEM - electrochemical techniques (CV,LSV,EIS)   - friendly and motivating working environment - five weeks paid leave of absence (holidays) per year,an additional 5 days time off for personal reasons,and three days of paid sick leave on top of statutory insurance <.> - flexible working hours,th...
